Residential Architecture Built for Florida Weather.
Combining structural clarity with proven coastal construction—building durable, well-proportioned homes in natural stone, timber, and mineral plaster.

Building for Heat, Salt Air, Humidity, and Storm Code
Renovating in South Florida presents physical demands that standard interior remodels overlook: steep summer sun angles, salt corrosion near the water, constant vapor drive, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) structural rules, and floor plans that need to connect indoors directly to shaded outdoor rooms.
Prodayemo brings architectural planning and technical construction coordination under one roof. By capping our workload at six to eight residences a year across Miami, Palm Beach, Naples, Sarasota, and Tampa Bay, our principals stay directly involved from initial LiDAR measurement and CBS tie-beam calculations through stone yard selection, 1:10 millwork shop drawings, and site punch-lists.
Taking practical cues from mid-century Florida regional modernism, we avoid synthetic veneers and brittle coatings in favor of materials proven in coastal weather: honed Coralina limestone, tidewater cypress, rift white oak, breathable slaked lime plaster, and solid silicon bronze.
