1. Scope of Published Content
Materials, drawings, timelines, and concept studies presented on prodayemo.com illustrate our studio's design methodology and material specifications. Formal architectural, interior, and remodeling services commence solely upon execution of a written Phase I Survey and Design Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property and Drawings
All orthographic plans, custom 1:10 millwork details, renderings, and project texts published on this website remain the intellectual property of Prodayemo Studio and may not be reproduced or used for construction without written license.
3. Natural Material Variation
Quarried natural stone, solid and veneered hardwoods, slaked lime plaster, and unlacquered bronze exhibit natural mineral and grain variation. Tonal, veining, and surface patina changes over time are inherent properties of these materials.
